These Sales Terms and Conditions apply to sales enquiries and purchases made with PIAU KEE Live & Frozen Seafoods Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 573426-V) (“PIAU KEE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. Product descriptions, images, specifications and availability are provided for general reference and may change.
As seafood products may vary naturally, actual products may differ in size, appearance, texture and other characteristics from the images or descriptions shown.
2. Enquiries and Orders
Our website serves as a product catalogue and enquiry platform. Orders and purchases are handled separately through direct communication with PIAU KEE.
An enquiry or request for a quotation does not, by itself, constitute confirmation of an order. Product availability, pricing, quantities and other relevant details will be confirmed directly with the customer.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices and payment arrangements will be communicated or confirmed by PIAU KEE for the relevant transaction. Applicable taxes, charges and payment conditions will be specified where relevant.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection arrangements, including applicable charges and scheduling, will be communicated or agreed upon with the customer for the relevant order.
5. Product Issues and Complaints
Customers who identify shortages, damaged goods or product quality concerns should contact PIAU KEE promptly and provide relevant order details and supporting information where available.
Each matter will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the relevant transaction arrangements and applicable law.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order should be communicated to PIAU KEE as soon as possible. Any applicable arrangements will be confirmed with the customer, subject to the relevant transaction terms and applicable law.
7. Applicable Law
These Sales Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
